A high-quality ceramic 8-pin octal tube socket designed for PCB-mounted power tube applications in guitar amplifiers, bass amplifiers, and other vacuum tube equipment.

Unlike traditional solder-lug sockets, this version features PC-mount pins for direct installation onto a printed circuit board. The ceramic body provides excellent heat resistance for demanding power tube applications, while the integrated metal mounting bracket provides additional mechanical support at the chassis.

Oblong mounting holes allow some installation flexibility, and the socket can be used in either top- or bottom-mount chassis configurations depending on the amplifier design.

An excellent replacement for amplifier repairs or a solid choice for custom PCB-based tube amplifier builds.

Important Notes

  • This version uses PC-mount pins and is intended for PCB installation.
  • Do not confuse this socket with solder-lug chassis-mount versions.
  • Required chassis opening depends on mounting orientation.
  • Verify the PCB pin layout, chassis opening, and mounting dimensions against your original socket before ordering.
  • Tube amplifiers can retain potentially lethal voltages even when unplugged. Installation should be performed by a qualified technician.
