Domestic Shipping Policy
Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM CST on Fridays or during weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We ship using trusted carriers, including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL.

Delivery times depend on your selected shipping method and location but typically range from 2–7 business days for standard shipping.

Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost.
Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and destination.
Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at sales@britishaudio.com or call (615) 891-1788. We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.

Claims for lost or damaged packages must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

British Audio is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported missing by the customer. Please ensure your shipping address is secure.
P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses

We ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses via USPS. Delivery times may vary.
International Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days for international shipments.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We ship internationally using carriers such as DHL, UPS, and USPS International.

Delivery times vary by destination and selected shipping method, ranging from 7–21 business days, excluding customs clearance delays.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees. These are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are assessed by your country’s customs office.

British Audio is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance. Please check your country’s import policies before placing an order.
Refused/Abandoned International Shipments

If a shipment is refused or abandoned due to non-payment of duties/taxes or other customs issues, and the carrier returns or disposes of the parcel, the order is considered fulfilled.

Return/reship fees (if any) and product costs are non-refundable.

Reshipment requires a new order.
USPS First Class International Shipments

USPS First Class International is a cost-effective option; however, tracking is only available while the package is in the United States. Once it leaves the country, we are unable to provide tracking updates.

If you require full tracking, we recommend selecting an alternative shipping method such as USPS Priority Mail International, UPS, or DHL.
Restricted Items

Some products may not be eligible for international shipping due to import restrictions or regulations. These restrictions will be noted on the product page.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

British Audio is not liable for packages once they leave the United States. We strongly recommend selecting a shipping method that includes tracking and insurance.

Prohibited Addresses

We do not ship to freight forwarding services or P.O. Boxes outside of the United States.
Drop Shipping Policy

British Audio reserves the right to ship items directly from our suppliers or distributors to fulfill orders. This ensures faster delivery times and better availability for certain products.

If your order is being drop-shipped, tracking information will be provided as soon as it is available.
General Policies

Order Cancellations: Orders may be canceled before shipment. Once an item has shipped, cancellation is not possible, and the return policy applies.

Incorrect Address: If the shipping address provided is incorrect or incomplete, the customer is responsible for additional shipping costs to redirect or reship the package.

Refused Deliveries: Packages refused or unclaimed by the recipient will be returned to British Audio, and the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable fees.
