Welcome to British Audio Service, Inc. (“British Audio,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By accessing our website, purchasing products, or requesting services, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
1. Website Use
By using this website, you represent that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Customers must agree to the applicable repair terms at the time of service intake.
Bench fees, rush fees, minimum labor authorizations, storage policies, warranty terms, and abandoned property provisions are governed exclusively by those repair policies.

Customers agree to review and accept those policies prior to completing a purchase.
4. Pricing & Availability

All prices are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time.

Product availability is not guaranteed until an order is confirmed and processed.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders due to pricing errors, supplier issues, product unavailability, or suspected fraud.
5. Payment Authorization
By completing a purchase or paying for services, the customer authorizes British Audio to charge the selected payment method for the agreed amount.
For repair services, payment of a bench fee, rush fee, deposit, or invoice constitutes agreement to the applicable Repair Terms of Service.
Partial payments and deposits authorize British Audio to proceed in accordance with the approved scope of work. Any remaining balance is due prior to release of equipment or shipment of goods.
Failure to complete payment for approved work does not invalidate agreed service charges, storage policies, or abandoned property provisions.
6. Right to Refuse Service
British Audio reserves the right to refuse service, decline repair, cancel orders, or terminate transactions at its sole discretion.
This includes, but is not limited to:

Equipment deemed unsafe or modified beyond reasonable serviceability

Abusive or inappropriate customer behavior

Suspected fraud or payment risk

Products outside our service scope
7. No Oral Modifications
No verbal statements, representations, or promises made by employees or representatives of British Audio shall modify these Terms or any published policies.
Any modifications must be made in writing and approved by British Audio management.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:

British Audio shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We are not responsible for delays caused by suppliers, shipping carriers, weather events, government actions, or circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for backing up digital data prior to service. British Audio is not responsible for data loss.
Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid to British Audio for the specific product or service in question.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, graphics, designs, and trademarks, is the property of British Audio or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.
10. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
In the event of a payment dispute or chargeback, British Audio reserves the right to provide documentation including:

Signed agreements

Repair authorizations
-
Service records
-
Published policies
-
Communication records
to the payment processor or financial institution.
Customers agree that initiating a chargeback does not invalidate agreed service terms or completed authorized work.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Davidson County, Tennessee.
