British Audio Service, Inc. warrants the specific repair work performed and parts supplied by British Audio for a period of 90 days from the date the repair is completed.

If, during the 90-day warranty period, the same problem returns and is determined to be related to the repair work performed by British Audio or to a part supplied and installed by British Audio, we will correct the covered issue at no additional charge for parts or labor.

Warranty coverage is limited to the specific repair performed and the parts replaced or supplied by British Audio. It does not constitute a warranty on the entire product or guarantee against unrelated or future failures.

The warranty does not cover:

• New or unrelated problems that were not part of the original repair.

• Failure of components that were not replaced or serviced during the original repair.

• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, drops, impact, liquid exposure, improper operation, improper storage, power surges, lightning, incorrect voltage, or other external causes.

• Normal wear and tear or deterioration of unrelated components.

• Customer-supplied parts unless otherwise specifically agreed to in writing.

• Damage or failure resulting from repairs, modifications, adjustments, or tampering performed by the customer or another service provider after the unit leaves British Audio.

• Cosmetic damage or conditions unrelated to the repair performed.

• Problems caused by accessories, cables, external equipment, software, or other items not serviced as part of the original repair.

Warranty Shipping

For an approved warranty return requiring shipment, the customer is responsible for properly packaging and shipping the unit to British Audio.

If the issue is confirmed to be covered under our 90-day repair warranty, British Audio will cover standard insured return shipping back to the customer after the warranty repair is completed.

Expedited shipping, special handling, international shipping, customs duties, brokerage fees, and other extraordinary freight charges are not included unless specifically authorized by British Audio.

All warranty claims are subject to inspection and verification by British Audio. If inspection determines that the issue is unrelated to the original repair or otherwise falls outside the warranty coverage described above, normal diagnostic, repair, parts, and shipping charges may apply.

This limited repair warranty applies only to work performed and parts supplied by British Audio Service, Inc. Manufacturer warranties on individual parts or products may provide additional rights where applicable.
