Microphone Repair Terms and Conditions

We are pleased to offer microphone repair services on certain makes and models; however, please note the following conditions:

1. Parts Availability: We will assess your microphone to determine the feasibility of repair. If we are unable to source the necessary parts, or if the microphone contains proprietary components that are not available to us, we cannot guarantee a successful repair.

2. Non-Refundable Fees: Our standard diagnostic fee applies to all microphone repairs and is non-refundable, regardless of the outcome of the repair. Additionally, any applicable rush fees are also non-refundable.

3. Repair Limitations: We may encounter limitations that prevent us from completing repairs, including but not limited to parts unavailability, manufacturer restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will inform you as soon as possible.

4. Repair Outcome: While we strive to provide the best possible service, we cannot guarantee the functionality or longevity of repairs due to the varying nature of microphone issues and component availability.
