Perfection!

Can't improve on perfection but I have no doubt Shane will figure it out. Took care of everything, quickly, no hassle, extremely friendly, and extreme talented and responsive. I will be using this place for all of my guitar and amp and other issues related and I live 5 states away!

1 Shane and the Techs at British Audio are a pleasure to work with. Not only are they personable, but they take the time to explain what you need, as well as what you want. On my 1976 Marshall, my tech gave me a call and we brainstormed on what I wanted out of my amp. Based off that information, my tech was able to recommend the best places to spend money as well as what I SHOULDN'T SPEND money on. I love their honesty and that they took the time to tell me what wouldn’t be worth spending money on. Great folks at British Audio. They have a longtime customer in me!

The experience i had with British Audio is second to none. Recently purchased a Kemper Powerhead and was on the prowl for something to protect my investment. I purchased an awesome Custom Headshell for Kemper Profiler Toaster in Natural Pistachio and also purchased 2 British Audio Pro Performance Silent Instrument Cable - Straight Silent to Straight (Kemper Green & Black Braid). British Audio has a section on their website for Kemper products. It was a one stop shop. They shipped me my order and were in communication throughout the way. The owner of British Audio Shane Radtke emailed and we have established a dialogue. What great customer service. They have more than Kemper gear. Great store. I will be giving more business.
