A durable 8-pin octal tube socket designed for top-mount installation in tube guitar amplifiers, bass amplifiers, and other vacuum tube equipment.
This top-mount version features a black plastic socket body with an integrated metal saddle plate and solder terminals for traditional amplifier construction. Commonly used with octal power and rectifier tubes, it's an excellent replacement socket for amplifier repairs, vintage restorations, modifications, and custom tube amp builds.
The socket installs from the top side of the amplifier chassis and requires an approximately 1-1/16" chassis opening.
