Frequently Asked Questions
Do you build custom pedalboards from scratch?
At this time, we focus primarily on troubleshooting, optimization, and refinement of existing pedalboards. If you are considering a larger custom build, contact us to discuss scope before scheduling.
My board is extremely messy. Is that a problem?
Not at all. Many boards come in after years of additions and changes. We can evaluate the layout, power distribution, and signal flow and recommend improvements.
Can you eliminate noise completely?
In most cases, yes. Noise is typically caused by grounding, power distribution, cable quality, or routing issues. We diagnose and correct the root cause rather than masking the problem.
How long will it take?
Standard scheduling is 1–2 weeks to reach the bench. Priority Service is available for faster placement when needed.
What should I bring with the board?
Bring the full pedalboard, power supplies, and any cables or components currently in use so we can properly evaluate the system as it exists.
