Refund & Return Policy



Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have elapsed since the original purchase date, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in the original shipping package and contain all original packing materials.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. See Additional Non-Returnable/Refundable Items list.

**ALL instrument and amplifier sales are final and are unable to be returned unless the unit was/is defective.**
We recommend all sales of instruments and amplifiers that are shipped to have additional shipping insurance added. In the case of a unit damaged in shipping, all claims must be submitted through the shipping carrier it was delivered by.
**Please Note: All approved return/refunds will be charged a 15% restocking fee unless it is an exchange. This fee will be deducted from your total refund.

    To complete your return, we require:
    • The receipt or copy of original proof of purchase
    • An RA number issued by British Audio Service & Music
    • Item in unused condition with all original packing materials and accessories
    *Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. They will not accept the return shipment and will ship the item back at the customers expense.
    There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
    • Any item not in its original condition
    • Is damaged (Not by shipping service)
    • Missing parts for reasons not due to the error of British Audio Service & Music.

    Refunds (if applicable)

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

    • Returned item inspection upon arrival
    • Refund initiated minus restocking fee and shipping charges

    If you haven’t received a refund yet:

      1. First check your bank account again.
      2. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
      3. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

    Pre-Order/Special Order Items(if applicable)

    • Pre-Order or Special order items may not, under any circumstances, be returned, refunded or cancelled. Most brands that we stock are manufactured to-order, meaning these are not mass produced instruments or amplifiers.

    Sale items (if applicable)

    • Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.

    Exchanges (if applicable)


    We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at We will then issue an RA (Return Authorization) number. You may then proceed to send your item to:

    Return Shipping

    To return your product, you should mail your product to:

    You will be responsible for paying return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

    If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If the returned item arrives damaged to us, we will inform you immediately. You are responsible for filing a claim with the shipping service. We will provide pictures of all damaged packages to you as evidence of package mishandling.
