Shipping
British Audio will ship your purchase using whichever method you choose at checkout. If there is a conflict with pricing, you will be notified within 24 hours of your purchase. Our goal is to provide accurate and fair shipping rates on all of our items.
Amps
Amplifiers listed as "Showroom Demo" will potentially ship in packaging other than the original packaging. All amplifiers not listed as "Showroom Demo" will ship with all original packaging and accessory items. Amplifiers will not ship via USPS even though the option appears at checkout. All amps will ship UPS or FedEx.
Instruments
All instruments will ship in the original packaging unless the item is listed as Used or Showroom Demo. All instruments will ship via UPS or FedEx. Instruments will not be shipped through USPS.
Accessories
Shipping of accessories will be dependant on the size and weight of the item(s). All of the listed shipping rates are calculated shipping rates.
Pre-Order Items
Most pre-order items have a lead time before the item ships from the factory. Lead times vary depending on the brand and location of the item. All pre-orders will ship to our store location first and we will forward the shipment to the address provided by the customer. Please notify us immediately if you need to update or change your shipping address. You will receive an email notification with up to date tracking information once we have shipped the item to you.
**Free Shipping
Free shipping is only available to the US & Canada on select items. All items listed with Free Shipping are excluded from international sales with the exception of Canada. If you have chosen free shipping at checkout or any other method of shipping you will be contacted by the British Audio Sales department in order to collect the full amount of international shipping charges. The customer is responsible for all duties, taxes and brokerage fees that will be incurred once the item has arrived at the foreign postal service facility and/or the respective countries customs department. These fees are not included in the price of shipping paid at checkout. Please contact us if you would like to add additional insurance to your international package. This is strongly recommended with items valuing over $1,000 USD.
